Aaron Judge's 33rd Home Run Leads Yankees Over Orioles

Back-to-Back Homers Power Yankees to Victory

Aaron Judge hit his 33rd home run of the season, a two-run shot in the fifth inning, to help the New York Yankees beat the Baltimore Orioles 6-1 on Tuesday night.

Judge's homer was part of a three-run inning for the Yankees, who took a 3-0 lead off Orioles starter Dean Kremer.

Soto Ties Game With Solo Shot

Juan Soto tied the game with a solo homer in the bottom of the fifth, but the Yankees regained the lead in the sixth on a sacrifice fly by Gleyber Torres.

The Yankees added two more runs in the seventh on a double by DJ LeMahieu and a single by Aaron Hicks.

Montgomery Impressive on Mound for Yankees

Jordan Montgomery (4-2) pitched 5 2/3 innings for the Yankees, allowing one run on six hits. He struck out six and walked two.

Kremer (0-2) took the loss for the Orioles. He allowed three runs on five hits in 4 1/3 innings. He struck out three and walked three.
